Sam Lungren

Independent Insurance Broker

Having grown up in Boise and now residing in Nampa, Sam has a strong local connection. After graduating from Capital High School, he served a two-year mission in El Salvador for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, becoming fluent in Spanish. Sam has enjoyed serveing the local Hispanic and Latino community in Idaho for over 20 years.


Sam entered the insurance industry in September 1999, with a primary focus on health and life insurance. In 2005, Sam earned a two-year industry-specific designation, LUTCF, from The American College and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Sam now partners with John Seable of Seable Wealth Solutions to provide life insurance services to his clients, allowing Sam to specialize in the complexities of the health insurance market.


Throughout his carrer, Sam has achieved "Top Broker" status with Idaho's largest health insurance company and is a certified broker with "Your Health Idaho," the state-based health insurance exchange.


Beyond his professional life, Sam is a proud father of 4 beautiful children, an active member of his church, a youth soccer coach and referee, and serves on the board of a local community-based soccer organization. Sam is a member and past Club President of the Nampa Exchange Service Club. In his spare time, the Sam and his family love the Idaho outdoors - white water rafting, motor boating, camping in the summer, and making the most of the snow during the winter months.
